I had long desired to restore a car. I did a fair amount of research before starting, and finally settled down on an MGB. I figured they were fairly modern, fairly cheap with good support. Of course, I ended up with a 1957 MGA, considerably older, more complicate and much sexier.

I didn't do enough research.

Before I started working on the car, I didn't really know anything about cars more than turn the wheel and step on the gas. I learned a lot on this project.
